Job Description

We’re looking for a senior Compliance professional ready to take full ownership of Compliance for our Santiago office and play a key role in a global financial services organization .

This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role where you’ll work closely with regulators, senior management, and global teams to ensure a strong, business-driven compliance framework that supports growth.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and oversee the local Compliance function in line with Chilean regulations and Amicorp’s global standards
  • Act as the main point of contact with regulators , managing audits and regulatory filings
  • Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, onboarding, and risk monitoring activities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on regulatory developments, risk mitigation, and complex transactions
  • Support business strategy by ensuring compliance enables — not blocks — growth.
