This is what you will do

The Compliance officer defines, plan, communicate and execute activities according to Uptime roadmap and strategic targets aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.
You have to advise the organization on the importance of complying with the applicable processes and guidelines. Within the company you are monitoring the regulatioes regarding Uptime, the behaviour of employees and performing compliance checks and risks analyses. 
Other responsibites as Compliance Officer are:

  • Optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet Uptime ( program initiatives, integrations, improvements);
  • Coach and support local process responsible in implementation of change;
  • Act as project manager, advisor and subject matter-expert in projects;
  • Define risks and establish and plan mitigations.
