Position: Training and Compliance Support Specialist

Work setup & shift: Night Shift / Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide support for our training and compliance division.
• Manage and maintain compliance for our clients' Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
• Account Management - Fielding and resolving client questions, issues and needs
• Account Implementation - Setting up new and current client structures, establishing new user accounts, provide training to our new clients of our web based solutions as needed
• Coordinate daily management of files
• Oversee and provide final review of documents
• Consult with compliance team on new and updated regulations
