We’re looking for a Compliance Partner to own and lead employee relations and compliance matters at Manychat. This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role. You will be responsible for managing complex compliance cases, leading involuntary terminations, and proactively reducing people‑related legal risks across the company. You’ll work closely with People Partners, HRA, Total Rewards, and report to the PeopleOps Lead.
