McCarthy Stone is seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance Planner to join our Property Operations team on a 6 month FTC This role plays a critical part in ensuring statutory compliance, safety management and the smooth operational running of our developments.

You will support the Compliance Manager in the planning and coordination of statutory compliance activities and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), ensuring we meet our legal obligations and deliver excellent service across our estate.
