McCarthy Stone is seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance Planner to join our Property Operations team on a 6-month FTC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring statutory compliance, safety management and the smooth operational running of our developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and scheduling compliance service events and remedial works through Fixflo, ensuring SLA deadlines are met
• Tracking statutory compliance tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Monitoring contractor performance and working with the Supply Chain and Compliance teams to address risks
• Improving data visibility and system efficiency through effective Fixflo configuration
