Type: Full-Time - $500 - 600 to start then $800 after probationary period

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to support a U.S.-based real estate brokerage/franchise operating across New York, New Jersey, and additional states . This role is responsible for end-to-end transaction compliance , ensuring all real estate files, disclosures, and documentation meet state, brokerage, and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring deep familiarity with U.S. real estate transaction platforms and compliance workflows.
