We are seeking an experienced Components Engineer to support component selection, analysis, and lifecycle management for new product designs. This role focuses on mitigating risks related to Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), ensuring component quality, and driving standardization across engineering and procurement processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and external suppliers to resolve technical issues, qualify new components, and ensure the long‑term reliability and availability of parts used in development and production.
