Requirements:
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work orders, and technical instructions.
- 3+ years of experience in composite fabrication or related field.
- Composite Manufacturing or equivalent certification or training in cable and Airframe manufacturing.
- Experience with aircraft or defence platform Composite and Mechanical integration
- Familiarity with composite materials, techniques, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret Drawings and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
