• Experience: 8–12 years

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai (or as per client requirement)

Role Overview

• Work on design-to-manufacturing methods for composite components
• Define and support manufacturing processes, tooling, lay-up, curing, bonding, and assembly
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams
• Drive process improvements and issue resolution in composite manufacturing

Lead role will also involve technical ownership, mentoring, and team guidance
