- Experience: 3–8 years
2️⃣ Lead Composites Methods Engineer
- Experience: 8–12 years
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai (or as per client requirement)
Role Overview
- Work on design-to-manufacturing methods for composite components
- Define and support manufacturing processes, tooling, lay-up, curing, bonding, and assembly
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams
- Drive process improvements and issue resolution in composite manufacturing

Lead role will also involve technical ownership, mentoring, and team guidance
Required Experience
✔ Strong experience in design, development, and manufacturing of composite materials
✔ Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:
Polymer Matrix Composites, Fiberglass, CFRP, GFRP, MMC, CMC, Epoxy, Polyester, Resin systems, E-glass, S-glass, Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Kevlar, Aramid, Twaron, UHMWPE, Natural fibers (Bamboo / Hemp / Flax), Steel, Aluminum, Metallic composites
✔ Experience in industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Wind Energy, or Advanced Manufacturing is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Aerospace / Materials / Composite Engineering or related discipline
