We are hiring Composites Methods Engineers and Lead Composites Methods Engineers for a client working on advanced composite design and manufacturing programs.

1️⃣ Composites Methods Engineer
Experience: 3–8 years
2️⃣ Lead Composites Methods Engineer
Experience: 8–12 years
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai (or as per client requirement)
Role Overview
Work on design-to-manufacturing methods for composite components
Define and support manufacturing processes, tooling, lay-up, curing, bonding, and assembly
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams
Drive process improvements and issue resolution in composite manufacturing
Lead role will also involve technical ownership, mentoring, and team guidance
Required Experience
✔ Strong experience in design, development, and manufacturing of composite materials
✔ Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:
Polymer Matrix Composites, Fiberglass, CFRP, GFRP, MMC, CMC, Epoxy, Polyester, Resin systems, E-glass, S-glass, Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Kevlar, Aramid, Twaron, UHMWPE, Natural fibers (Bamboo / Hemp / Flax), Steel, Aluminum, Metallic composites
✔ Experience in industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Wind Energy, or Advanced Manufacturing is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Aerospace / Materials / Composite Engineering or related discipline
