We are currently recruiting Compound Drivers to join our team in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire. Successful candidates will be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading companies in the automotive and logistics sector. This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers to work with a variety of vehicles in a busy, professional environment.


The Role:


As a Compound Driver, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Moving vehicles safely around a large compound.

  • Parking vehicles in designated bays and moving them in and out of workshops.

  • Handling a range of vehicles - from everyday family cars to high-performance vehicles.

  • Driving different transmission types, including manual, automatic, and semi-automatic.

  • Conducting basic visual inspections before moving vehicles and reporting any damage.

  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions, wearing vehicle-safe clothing and safety boots.
