Overview

The Compound & Logistics Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the site compound, ensuring all logistics are coordinated to support the delivery programme. The role works closely with the Storeman, Materials Controller, and other key logistical teams, reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Lead and collaborating with the Construction Manager. This is a shift‑based position on a 10 day on / 4 day off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and monitor site compound operations.
• Coordinating purchasing of materials and consumables.
• Arrange the call‑off of client supplied equipment, ensuring all relevant records (delivery/condition/check‑out) are kept.
