Compound Pharmacists

Job Description Position Summary The Compound Pharmacist in Charge of Clean Room is responsible for overseeing all sterile compounding operations and supervising the team of IV technicians. This role ensures that all compounded sterile preparations (CSPs) meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards in accordance with USP , USP , and company procedures. The pharmacist provides clinical oversight, training, and verification of compounded sterile products to ensure patient safety and compliance.
