As a Compounder, you will play a crucial role in the accurate retrieval, measurement, and mixing of ingredients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and melting solids using hot plates, diluting ingredients as needed, and maintaining quality standards through meticulous verification of raw materials. You will process ingredients using liquid, powder, homogenizing, and spray dry methods, ensuring consistency and proper documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Retrieve and accurately measure ingredients using scales.
+ Mix various ingredients and identify solids that require melting.
+ Dilute ingredients as necessary and record raw material usage.
+ Verify the weight and contents of raw materials and conduct in-process batch inspections.
+ Document all process events and adhere to procedures and policies.
+ Process compounding using liquid, powders, homogenizing, and spray dry methods.
