About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compounder to join a leading U.S. organization in the food, flavor, and fragrance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience working with raw materials, powders, and chemical or food-grade ingredients—especially within a regulated manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will support production by accurately weighing, measuring, mixing, and processing materials while adhering to strict safety, GMP, and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Retrieve and accurately measure ingredients using calibrated scales.
+ Mix raw materials in accordance with batch instructions.
+ Identify solids requiring melting and safely operate hot plates.
+ Dilute ingredients as needed and record all raw material usage.
