Core Duties
Execute methodical preventive maintenance schedules and conduct timely corrective repairs to enhance equipment uptime and sustain production flow.
Engage in effective troubleshooting and root cause investigation, applying corrective strategies to eliminate recurring issues and optimize machine performance.
Develop, implement, and improve maintenance protocols aligned with the ManEx methodology to elevate maintenance quality and standardization.
Maintain maintenance records meticulously, oversee the management of maintenance tools, and guarantee compliance with EHS regulations and corporate policies.
