We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations within a modular cleanroom environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert for sterile compounding practices and is responsible for ensuring compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and all applicable state and federal regulations. You will lead sterile compounding activities, supervise and train staff, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting both day-to-day production and the development and scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations.
