- Research and identify potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support procurement objectives.
- Updating purchasing tools and KPI`s and following up tasks.
- Manage the company car fleet and related topics.
- May have small project administration responsibilities.
- Receive corporate visitors and business executives and make their travel arrangements in NA region.
