Comprador Estrategico

**Position Purpose**
Execute indirect procurement activities:
- Procurement of non-merch product and services.
- Sourcing activities (Supplier develpment, RFQ/RFPs, bids, reverse auctions, price and terms negotiation)
- Vendor management (periodic audits, performance evaluation)
- Partners with Compliance and Legal department to ensure indirect suppliers are in full compliance (NDA, FCPA, AML, etc.) and Legal (contract, vendor agreement, etc.)
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Identification and development of a competitive supplier base capable to support the company growth and expansion with the objective to build economy of scale and supplier consolidation synergies. As well team up with the US team to leverage their supplier base. Partner with Compliance and Legal department to ensure FCPA, Contractual, Financial capatity and Conflict of Interest risk are mitigated before is started a vendor relation.
