Job Description
Research and identify potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support procurement objectives.
Updating purchasing tools and KPI`s and following up tasks.
Manage the company car fleet and related topics.
