**POSITION Summary**: Responsible of the Procurement of local supplies and services required in the plant.
**Essential POSITION Functions**:
- Review and monitor purchase requisitions.
- Request for competitive quotes and review of the offers.
- Negotiate the Terms & conditions, focusing on the best price / best quality in the market.
- Prepare the price comparative statements with multiple offers.
- Analyze and compare prices and quality, always looking for the best option for the company.
Creation of Purchase Orders & release to the suppliers with due approvals.
- Follow up with Suppliers on Delivery, Receipt of materials.
- Material quality feed back from the users & release of the payments.
- Formulate services agreements/contracts for the regular consumables in the facilities.
- Monitoring materials stock in coordination with the facilities.
- Ensure the availability of the materials at store as per the Min/ Max levels.
