The Art Glass/Tile Buyer is responsible for Updating the CTB (Clear to Build) Report for the Chemicals procurement to cover the Art Glass/Tile Production Plan based on Demand, Safety Stock Levels and Achieve production Efficiency in alignment with corporate business objectives. This position will provide expertise supporting and optimizing Materials that builds the company’s Strategy and Goals by Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis. Will Work with technical teams and improve efficiencies, while adapting to Cash Flow process and reduce expenses. Primary Responsibilities Review Demand by Using the CTB (Clear to Build Report) Report Create Po’s and confirm delivery dates per Supplier acknowledgments. Coordinate Chemicals freight carrier Pick-up’s with Logistic Team. Add to the “what is File” all Chemical’s PO’s to execute Payments. Work with Finance Team to Assure Timely Payments and Maintain Open communication Communicate to the Art Glass/Tile ...
