Research Areas
Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD): Docking, Pharmacophore Modeling, Homology Modeling
Protein–Ligand Interactions & Mechanism of Action Studies
Molecular Design, Combinatorial Library Design & Virtual Screening
Biomolecular Simulations: Protein Dynamics & Motion
Big Data Analytics & AI-Driven Drug Discovery
Required Qualifications
✅ Masters in Computational Biology /Bioinformatics with relevant skills.
✅Ph. D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Computational/Theoretical Chemistry, Structural Biology, or Bioinformatics
✅ Hands on experience in QM/MM calculations, Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations (including enhanced sampling techniques)
✅ Strong expertise in Molecular Modeling, CADD tools, and/or AI-based approaches
✅ Prior experience in peptide and antibody design is a strong plus

✔ Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative scientific environment
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful outcomes
