Senior Microbiome Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microbiome Data Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team focused on mining metagenomics and single-cell RNA sequencing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field with experience developing high-performance computing pipelines.


About the Role:

  • Analyze proprietary and public single-cell RNA sequencing datasets from human subjects in the therapeutic area of women's health.
  • Integrate transcriptomics data with other data modalities (e.g., metagenomics, metabolomics, proteomics) to generate research hypotheses.
