Overview

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography imaging in support of diagnostic and emergent care. Patients may require non-standard positioning due to illness or injury.

Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT examinations per protocol

  • Prepare CT suite and equipment

  • Ensure accurate patient identification and exam documentation

  • Maintain radiation safety and infection control

  • Communicate critical findings to Radiologist

    • Minimum Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in Computed Tomography

  • Experience with GE CT systems

  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliSpace PACS highly desirable
