This opportunity is for a skilled CT/Rad Tech with dual modality expertise, focusing on CT and PET imaging. The role involves providing advanced diagnostic imaging services within a busy, high-volume hospital environment that serves diverse patient needs including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care. The department employs cutting-edge technology such as Siemens and GE equipment alongside the EPIC electronic medical record system to ensure efficient and effective patient management.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT or PET Technologist
  • Certification requirements: BLS and ARRT (R)(CT) certification
  • Ability to operate dual modality equipment and adapt to varied imaging techniques
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Flexible to work night shifts (8:30 pm to 7:00 am) and holiday schedules based on department needs
  • Black scrubs required, with free parking provided

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and PET technologies, delivering timely and accurate results to support clinical decisions, collaborating with nursing and transport teams for patient logistics, and adapting to a high-volume, trauma-designated teaching hospital setting.
