COMPUTER ENGINEER

Summary You will serve as a Computer Engineer in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, SE & ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will provide SW engineering support for the design, development, fielding, and in-service support of Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Software Products. You will apply in-depth knowledge of computer theory, algorithms, data structures, programming concepts, programming languages, and computer architecture in the development and maintenance of software for the AAG program. You will prepare software specifications, interface specifications, design documents, and test plans for the AAG software products. You will review proposals, which involve the integration of rapidly evolving technology and determine the feasibility of such proposals and develop timelines for implementation.
