SAIC is seeking an experienced Computer Hardware Architect to join our Technical Engineering and Design Department in support of our United States Air Force customer. We have positions available in San Diego and Honolulu.
Essential Functions/Job Duties
+ Design and implement the hardware components for command and control solutions which can be deployed to secure facilities and field/remote locations.
+ Work onsite in a classified environment. Remote work supported only in limited capacity (short duration, NIPR) and with approval of the sponsor
+ Work directly with stakeholders in a technical role; lead or participate in planning, technical exchange meetings, and design reviews with customers
+ Evaluate user requirements and recommend appropriate systems and equipment
