Requirements

Must have:

- Experience setting up/installing/troubleshooting computer hardware/Windows in a customer-facing environment is a must - At least 2 years experience in an IT support environment, preferably within a managed service provider/IT service environment. - Good networking knowledge. - Strong computer/hardware configuration and installation experience. - Strong Microsoft Windows troubleshooting background. - Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams) administration, troubleshooting, setup. - Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage time, tickets, and projects. - Happy to work remotely and have a dedicated workspace at home. - Experience with job/ticket management systems. - A full UK drivers licence and own reliable vehicle for travel between client sites. - Reside within 30 minutes of Birmingham City Centre.
