Computer Operator
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide computer and data entry support for project office and site activities
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and registers using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Carry out accurate typing, data entry, and updating of records and databases
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for drawings, reports, and correspondence
- Assist engineers and project staff in preparation of progress reports and presentations
- Handle email correspondence and basic office coordination tasks
- Ensure proper backup and security of digital data
- Support day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements at site/office
