  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers.
  • Perform repairs on computer components, including motherboards, hard drives, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain repair logs and inventory of parts and tools used
