Join our IT team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician You'll provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.

Assist with account setup and password resets.

Document solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer service experience is a plus.

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) or related coursework preferred but not required.
