Pay Range: $22hr - $25hr


  • The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide first-level support for help desk and security incidents, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.

  • The role requires strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities to support users of the Statewide Financial System (SFS).

  • Training will be provided on-site to familiarize the candidate with system navigation, tools, and processes.
