Computer Vision Founding Engineer (Prior AI&ML Experience required)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Vision Founding Engineer at the AITCare headquarters located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. In this role, you will take the lead on designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and systems to enhance AITCare's innovative elder care solutions. Responsibilities include developing robust pattern recognition models, designing computer vision-based tools, and collaborating with data scientists and robotics engineers. You will also work directly on integrating computer vision solutions with AI-driven platforms and sensor technologies tailored for elder care.

• Expertise in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, including developing and optimizing algorithms for real-world applications.
• Strong foundation in Robotics and hands-on experience with integrating hardware and AI for practical use cases.
• Proficiency in Computer Science and Data Science, particularly with a focus on AI and machine learning techniques.
• Proven experience in AI and ML-driven projects, preferably in healthcare or connected device environments.
• Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a passion for elder care innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with early-stage development and rapid prototyping for startup environments is highly desirable.
