Job Description
Reviews and filters user-generated content (text, video, images, audio) on digital platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines, safety policies, and legal standards
Content Review & Moderation: Monitor, review, and evaluate reported content in real-time or via queue systems to ensure it adheres to community standards and policies.
Safety Enforcement: Remove or flag inappropriate content, such as graphic violence, pornography, bullying, and hate speech.
Policy Implementation: Apply company policies, terms of service, and local legal regulations (e.g., GDPR) to keep platforms secure.
Investigating & Escalating: Investigate reported abuse, analyze user behavior, and escalate complex issues or legal risks to specialized teams.
Process Improvement: Identify trends in content violations, report on user experience, and suggest improvements to moderation workflows.
