Concession Manager, Cork (6 Month Contract)

As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our concession. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way. 

Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in regularly. This includes:

• Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
• Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance
• Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
• Leading recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out
• Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
• Overseeing concession operations
• Creating a great place to work
