Position Title: Concessions Supervisor

Pay Range: $23.50 to $26.00

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Concessions Supervisor – 

  • Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service standards (with a smith on your face 😊)
  • Monitor inventory counts at beginning and end of each event
  • Manage escalated guest inquiries
  • Train team members on Point-of-Sale system and payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
  • Adapt to shifting stand assignments within the arena
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
