We are seeking an experienced and guest-oriented Concierge to join our welcoming team at the iconic Marjorie Hotel in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a full-time Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Providing local area knowledge and recommendations to guests, including arranging transportation, making reservations, and booking tickets for activities and attractions
• Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and amenities to assist guests
• Handling guest luggage and providing porter services as needed
