Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, members, and visitors as they arrive
- Provide accurate information about aquatic activities, classes, facilities, memberships, and events
- Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, ticketing, and registrations
- Coordinate with facility teams (e.g., pool operations, events, fitness classes) for seamless guest service
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Manage guest feedback in a helpful and timely manner
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
