Primary Responsibilities Include
· Anticipate the needs of guests (and colleagues) by acting proactively and responding to all requests from these clients.
· Proactively sell the hotel's services and those of our partners.
· Handle all guest communications—whether digital, in-person, or by phone—professionally and proactively before, during, and after their stay at our hotel.
