Position Overview:
As the Process Manager (Bishop) for our Concierge team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of requests and tasks within the team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations, including task allocation, monitoring task progress, providing updates to clients, and ensuring timely replies. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Task Management & Allocation:
Review and assess client requests via WhatsApp groups, categorizing and prioritizing them according to urgency and importance.
Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on their availability and skill set.
Ensure that all tasks are logged and tracked in the system.
