Role Purpose:

• Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and policies.

• Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of customers case. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.

• Assisting HNI client with their request with an aim of providing best possible experience.

• Processing bookings and making travel arrangements, hotel bookings & other additional on tour services.

• Strong destination knowledge along with expertise in negotiating rates with suppliers.

• Itinerary planning, product and brochure designing.
