  • · Comply with company's quality assurance standards and expectations
  • · Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
  • · Attend to residents' requests/enquiries/feedback
  • · Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium's facilities and services
  • · Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
  • · Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • · Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
  • · Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • · Assist the Building Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium.
