Job Description
- · Comply with company's quality assurance standards and expectations
- · Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
- · Attend to residents' requests/enquiries/feedback
- · Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium's facilities and services
- · Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- · Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- · Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
- · Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
- · Assist the Building Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium.
