Job Description
The Concierge is responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service to residents and guests, offering friendly and personalized assistance. Additionally, they will collaborate in coordinating the building’s security and cleaning teams.
They will be tasked with continuously reviewing amenities, coordinating events, reporting any issues that require improvement or follow-up.
This role requires organizational skills, a hospitality approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Address and coordinate residents' inquiries, requests and concerns quickly and effectively.
- Provide efficient, high-quality service, consistently meeting established standards.
- Assist with residents' move-ins, providing information and support as needed.
- Monitor and enforce property rules, ensuring residents and visitors comply with guidelines and security procedures.
