Concierge

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
  • Respond to requests, and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach
  • Escort the guests to their rooms
  • Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel
  • Meet and exceed guests'expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting dining options, boats e.t.c.
  • Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest
  • Present options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices, and be fully aware of the Resort facilities, services, and local area
  • Be fully aware of all Leading (LQAs) , FHR (Amex) Standards, benefits and Memberships
  • Always provide a friendly, efficient and personalize service

    • Best candidate’s profile:

  • Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment or similar role
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
  • Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
  • Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork
  • Pleasant personality
