Concrete Batching Operator – Exmouth, WA

Workfast is seeking expressions of interest from Concrete Batching Operators for an upcoming long‑term project based in Exmouth, WA . This role is expected to commence in approximately 4–8 weeks , pending mobilisation and approvals. The project will suit candidates who enjoy remote work, can operate autonomously, and are confident supporting production in a high‑output environment.

What You Get

  • Attractive pay rate on offer
  • FIFO from Perth, WA only
  • 3:1 roster (21 days on / 7 days off)
  • For the 21 days on: Saturday to Thursday - 11‑hour days
    Friday - 7‑hour day
  • Approximately 73 hours per week
  • Expression of interest for an upcoming long‑term project (2 years)

What You Need

  • Proven concrete batching experience (essential)
  • Mobile concrete batching experience (highly desirable)
  • Australian Driver’s License
  • Construction White Card
  • Front End Loader experience (desirable)
  • Australian Citizenship (required for site access clearance)
  • National Police Clearance – Ability to obtain DCAC
  • Strong safety focus and ability to work in a remote FIFO environment
  • Ability to pass full medical & drug and alcohol tests

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operating and monitoring concrete batching processes
  • Supporting mobile or fixed batching operations on site
  • Maintaining quality control and consistency of concrete production
  • Assisting with front end loader operations where required
  • Supporting operational and production tasks to keep batching running efficiently
  • Following all safety, quality, and site compliance requirements
