Concrete Finisher - Formworker

Everything Earth is seeking an experienced Mobile Batch Plant Operator to join our construction team on a major concrete and civil construction project at a mine site located north of Newman. This role supports large-scale concrete production and placement activities in a remote mining environment and is offered on a 3:1 FIFO basis Perth > Newman

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a mobile concrete batch plant in accordance with project specifications
• Produce concrete to required mix designs and quality standards
• Coordinate batching activities with concrete crews, and delivery operations
• Monitor materials, moisture content, and batching accuracy
• Conduct routine plant inspections, maintenance, and basic fault finding
• Maintain batching records, production logs, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with site safety systems, procedures, and environmental requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience operating a mobile or fixed concrete batch plant
• Strong understanding of concrete mix designs and batching processes
• Sound knowledge of concrete, including identifying class of concrete, slump, cement types and water/cement ratio
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating mobile concrete batch plants
• Experience working on construction or mine sites
• Ability to identify and rectify basic mechanical and process issues
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical
