Concrete Foreman

Position Overview: The Concrete Foreman will oversee a team of workers, subcontractors, and equipment, ensuring the timely and safe execution of concrete construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and a solid understanding of concrete practices. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise a team of workers, subcontractors, and equipment. Understand and perform basic line and grade for construction, making necessary adjustments to ensure work is executed correctly. Run and coordinate pre-pour meetings with relevant stakeholders. Oversee and/or perform tasks such as cutting, filling, and proper compaction of dirt and stone. Supervise and assist workers in placing concrete forms, installing reinforcing steel, and performing tasks related to pouring, finishing, and curing concrete.
